Sarah and Wes's new house in Madison, WI

Sarah and Wes made an offer on a house in Madison, WI, and it was accepted! Now they are finalizing the financing. I believe the closing date and move in is scheduled for August, 2004. So, now they can fret about their own home maintenance: tending the yard, painting, repairs, plumbing, etc.
